Purpose

Still Here Daily is operated by Locked in Family Support LLC. It provides message ideas, shared topics, informational summaries, organization tools, and conversation prompts for families. It is not a jail messaging provider and does not send messages directly to facilities. Its purpose is to support—not replace—the family’s own voice and real conversations.

Where you are doesn’t define who you are. This phrase reflects the project’s belief in human dignity, accountability, growth, and continued family connection.

Adult accounts and Kids & Teens

Accounts and purchases are for adults age 18 or older. Kids & Teens cards are tools for an adult parent, caregiver, or trusted adult to use with a child or teen. Children should not create accounts or submit personal information to Still Here Daily.

No professional or emergency advice

Content is for general information, support, conversation, and organization only. It is not legal, medical, nutritional, financial, mental-health, safety, reentry, or other professional advice and does not create a professional-client relationship. Do not delay seeking qualified help because of content on this site. Still Here Daily is not an emergency or crisis service; contact 911, the facility, or an appropriate qualified professional when immediate help may be needed.

Safety and facility rules

Users are responsible for checking current facility rules before sending or using any message, update, recipe idea, workout, activity, or document prompt. Canteen recipes are used and prepared at the user’s own risk. Check allergies, dietary restrictions, package directions, approved ingredients, and permitted preparation methods; never improvise heating methods or tools. Workouts are performed at the user’s own risk. Stop for pain, dizziness, unusual shortness of breath, or feeling unwell, and seek appropriate medical guidance for injuries or health conditions.

News, sports, and third-party information

News, sports, weather, schedules, scores, and other current information are short original summaries assembled from third-party sources. Although Still Here Daily applies source and freshness checks, information may be delayed, corrected, incomplete, unavailable, or inaccurate. Verify important information with the original publisher, league, team, facility, agency, or another authoritative source before relying on it.

Third-party names, league and team names, trademarks, and source names belong to their respective owners. Their appearance identifies the subject or verification source and does not imply sponsorship, endorsement, partnership, or affiliation.

User responsibility

Review every generated card before copying, sending, or acting on it. Do not submit or include confidential legal strategy, inmate identification numbers, health information, payment details, passwords, or other sensitive information. You are responsible for edits, recipients, facility compliance, and how a card is used.

Memberships, renewal, and cancellation

Monthly and annual Full Access memberships are recurring subscriptions billed in advance at the price shown before checkout. Unless canceled before the next billing date, a subscription renews automatically for the same billing period at the then-current disclosed price. You can manage or cancel future renewals through Manage Billing in your account. Cancellation stops future renewal charges and access ordinarily continues through the paid billing period. Any refund required by law or expressly offered at checkout will be honored; contact [email protected] with billing questions.

Service availability and changes

Features, categories, sources, and availability may change. We may suspend a source or card rather than provide information that does not pass available accuracy or safety checks. We do not promise uninterrupted access, a particular number of stories or games, or that every facility will permit every message.

Disclaimer of warranties

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the site and its content are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of accuracy, completeness, fitness for a particular purpose, noninfringement, availability, or results. Nothing in these terms excludes a warranty or right that applicable law does not allow us to exclude.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Locked in Family Support LLC and its owners, contractors, and service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of or inability to use the site or from reliance on generated or third-party information. This limitation does not apply where prohibited by law and does not waive liability that cannot legally be limited.

Copyright and permitted personal use

Still Here Daily content, cards, designs, page layouts, and brand language are original materials owned by Locked in Family Support LLC unless otherwise noted. Users may copy individual generated cards for personal communication with their loved one, but may not republish, sell, scrape, package, or redistribute the website content, card library, branding, or templates without permission.

Content originality standard

Still Here Daily follows an internal originality rule: every message, card, example, newsletter, caption, and page section should be original, practical, and written in Still Here Daily’s voice—not copied from outside sources. Outside articles, poems, song lyrics, book excerpts, agency text, organization wording, logos, photos, screenshots, or other third-party materials should not be copied onto the site unless permission, licensing, or another clear right to use them has been confirmed.

Governing law and severability

These terms are governed by Wisconsin law, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, except where federal law or another jurisdiction’s non-waivable consumer protections apply. If one provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect.
