Usually no. It is mainly for families on the outside to copy messages and send them through the systems already allowed by your facility.
Are the messages personal?
The family member can choose a category, adjust the tone, edit the words, and make the message sound like them before sending.
Will it include news and sports?
The planned full version will include short news and sports update cards. Families should only send verified updates that follow facility rules.
Can I ask for certain card types?
Yes. Families can use feedback to request categories like workouts, jokes, faith, business planning, reentry, and conversation prompts.
Is it about replacing real letters?
No. It is meant to help families keep sending something meaningful when they do not know what to say.
