Can I put private case details into it?
No. Please do not enter legal details, inmate IDs, medical info, facility issues, or anything private into forms or generators.
Will messages always fit my facility?
You can edit the character limit because facilities vary. Always check your own facility’s messaging rules before sending.
What if I do not like a card?
Use shuffle, copy part of it, edit it in your own voice, or use thumbs up/down in the full-access preview.
